I was about to place an order on kaileep.com because the item price seemed reasonable at first, but then the shipping cost showed up at checkout and it was way too high. It kind of felt like they get you interested with the lower price and then make it up on shipping, which makes me wonder if they’re more focused on squeezing extra money out of people than being upfront. I don’t mind paying fair shipping, but this just didn’t feel worth it. Frustrating.
"Promo code ended up being a hassle"
I clicked on a 25% off deal thinking it would be simple, but by the time I got to checkout the price kept changing. I had to go through way too many steps just to figure out why the discount wasn’t actually applying. When I contacted support, they basically just said “terms apply,” which didn’t help at all. It felt misleading, and I ended up giving up on the order.

I’m not totally sure what the design is going for, but it looks kind of messy to me. Maybe there’s some context I’m missing, but overall it feels a little outdated.

At first, I thought this was going to be a decent buy because it looked fine out of the box. But after using it a few times, it started to feel a bit cheap and already showed signs of wear. It’s not completely useless, and I can still get some use out of it, but it made me realize I probably need to pay closer attention to build quality instead of just first impressions. For the price, I expected it to hold up better.

I’m annoyed with whoever packed or handled this. The box showed up bent and looking like nobody cared, and it’s lucky the items inside weren’t damaged. The products were fine, but the packaging was definitely not okay.

"Tracking barely helped at all"
I ordered something from kaileep.com and the tracking was the most annoying part. It sat on “label created” for days, then out of nowhere it switched to in transit with barely any details.
I reached out to support and they did answer, but it was just a basic “please wait a little longer” kind of reply. They weren’t rude, it just didn’t really help.
The package did show up eventually, so at least it wasn’t lost. Still, I felt like I was guessing the whole time, I probably wouldn’t order again unless their tracking gets a lot better

"Shipping Didn’t Match What They Promised"
My order did show up eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the shipping definitely wasn’t what they made it sound like it would be. They gave the impression it would arrive sooner, and then it just dragged on longer than expected. The tracking updates were slow too, which made it more frustrating because I kept checking and getting basically no new info. It wasn’t a complete disaster, but it’s annoying when a company promises one thing and the delivery experience doesn’t really live up to it.

Customer service was actually really nice and they did help me get things sorted out, but the replies took a while, like a while. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, not bad at all, I just think the response time could be better.

I ordered my usual size from kaileep.com and even looked at their size chart first, so I figured it would be fine. But it showed up way too small, like not just snug... I couldn’t wear it at all. Now I’m dealing with the return, which feels like more of a hassle than it should be. It’s just frustrating because the sizing info seemed clear, but then the actual fit was... not even close.

I did eventually get my money back, but the whole process took way too long. What made it more frustrating was that the communication wasn’t clear at all, so I never really knew what was going on or when to expect the refund...

I was really hoping this would work, but it ended up being way too tight and uncomfortable. I also wish the sizing or instructions had been clearer, because I probably would’ve chosen differently if I had known how it would fit.

I had an issue with my order on Kailee P, and to be fair, support did get it sorted out in the end. But it took too many back-and-forth messages and way more waiting than I have patience for. I’m glad it was fixed, but the whole thing felt more frustrating than it needed to be

I was disappointed with my order from Kailee P. The material feels really thin and cheap, and after just one wash it already started looking bad. Definitely not worth it for me...

Seems like these kinds of products always get hyped up and then don’t live up to the price. "Checkout was way too frustrating"
I tried ordering from kaileep.com, but the checkout process got on my nerves fast. After I entered my card info, it kept throwing errors, then the page refreshed twice and made me type everything in all over again. I don’t have the patience for that kind of thing.
What made it worse was the shipping cost not showing up until the very end. By that point I was already annoyed, so I just gave up. It didn’t feel smooth or dependable at all, especially for a first attempt
